TitanGiveaway LTD operates an online platform offering legally compliant skill-based prize competitions. By purchasing entry tickets on our platform, participants agree to be bound by our Terms & Conditions and this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
No Refund Policy
All entries purchased for TitanGiveaway prize competitions are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. Once a participant completes the checkout process and receives confirmation of entry, no refunds or cancellations will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Failure to answer the qualifying question correctly
As entries are digital products that grant immediate access to participate in our competitions, they are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This exemption applies because the service is fully performed upon entry confirmation and the competition outcome is dependent on the total number of valid entries.
Competition Cancellation
In the unlikely event that TitanGiveaway LTD cancels a competition (for example, if the minimum required number of entries is not met), all paid entries will be automatically refunded to the original payment method. This is the only scenario in which refunds will be issued.
Fraudulent or Unauthorized Transactions
If we detect any fraudulent or unauthorized activity related to a ticket purchase, TitanGiveaway LTD reserves the right to cancel the entry and withhold any associated refunds.
